Building a staged gold opportunity in one of Australia's active exploration regions.

KiResources is advancing a large exploration footprint in north-western New South Wales with a strategy focused on shallow alluvial gold, early mining lease applications, and longer-term hardrock upside.

COMPANY OVERVIEW

A large footprint with a practical entry strategy.

KiResources is a privately owned Australian exploration company with a focus on developing low-operating cost gold mining opportunities in New South Wales.

The company began assembling its Tibooburra position in 2016 and expanded the footprint to 225 square kilometres, securing a substantial landholding before a wider increase in exploration activity commenced in the region.

The company’s current thesis is to develop an initial shallow alluvial gold operation that can support early cash flow, while progressing the broader project toward larger-scale development and external investment.

THE OPPORTUNITY

A staged pathway from exploration to operating junior miner.

Mining Site Survey

Near-term production pathway

KiResources is pursuing an initial small-scale alluvial development strategy intended to establish early production and positive cash flow from selected mining lease areas.

District-scale upside

The broader EL sits in an active regional gold corridor, with shallow alluvial targets and longer-term deep hardrock potential that may appeal to strategic investors and mining partners.

Multiple value pathways

The company’s strategy contemplates scaling operations, attracting third-party capital, and pursuing growth and liquidity through M&A or IPO-style outcomes over time.

THE PROJECT

Shallow alluvial gold first, with hardrock exploration  upside potential behind it.

Alluvial Development

An extensive bulk sampling program was completed across two initial target areas, identifying large shallow alluvial gold deposits at grades considered to be economic. Initial mining lease applications are aimed at establishing early-stage production through smaller lease areas while broader approvals continue in parallel.

Hardrock Potential

Numerous highly prospective hard rock targets are considered to exist across the EL, including the large Mt Browne fault zone in the south. KiResources intends to strengthen this position through further exploration work and potentially attract farm-in, investment or strategic partner interest.

REGION

Milparinka and Tibooburra in the North West region of New South Wales, Australia

INITIAL FOCUS

Small-scale ML applications for shallow alluvial deposits to generate short-term cash flow

LONGER-TERM UPSIDE

Multiple hard rock targets across the EL including the extensive Mt Browne fault zone

THE TEAM

Board members with extensive expertise in resources, finance, governance and corporate development.
